Dr. Tasha Douglas, Ed.D. is an educational leader, consultant, researcher, and Educational Diagnostician with nearly 30 years of experience serving students, families, educators, and school systems. She earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Executive Educational Leadership from Houston Christian University and holds advanced credentials in educational assessment, special education, educational leadership, and autism.

Dr. Douglas has served as a teacher, Educational Diagnostician, assessment specialist, special education leader, and regional educational leader, supporting school districts through compliance, program evaluation, instructional improvement, staff development, and student support services.

Her doctoral research, published through ProQuest, focused on culturally responsive teaching and its role in the overrepresentation of minority students in special education. She is passionate about empowering educators, strengthening educational systems, promoting equity, and helping organizations achieve excellence through leadership, consultation, professional development, and program improvement.
